Cancellation Policy

1. Registration & Payment All participants must pre-register for soccer clinics through our online booking system or by contacting our staff directly. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Space is limited and spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, or other methods provided at checkout. 2. Cancellation & Refund Policy Cancellations made 7 days or more before the clinic start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the clinic start date are non-refundable. In the event of injury or illness, exceptions may be considered with appropriate medical documentation. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions once the clinic has started. 3. Weather & Facility Closures Clinics will proceed rain or shine. In cases of severe weather or unsafe field conditions, sessions may be rescheduled. If ETA Soccer Park must cancel a clinic due to facility issues or weather, participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered either a rescheduled date or a credit toward future programs. 4. Participant Requirements All players must arrive prepared with appropriate soccer gear, including cleats, shin guards, and water. Parents/guardians must complete a waiver form prior to participation. Clinics are open to players within the specified age and skill level for each session. 5. Behavior Policy ETA Soccer Park promotes a positive, inclusive environment. Players, parents, and guests are expected to show respect to coaches, staff, and fellow participants. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the clinic without refund. 6. Health & Safety Participants showing symptoms of illness are asked to stay home and notify ETA Soccer Park immediately. ETA Soccer Park follows local health guidelines to ensure a safe environment for all players. 7.
